EIKI LC-WXL200 Large Venue Projector 5500 Lumen lamp possibly low & no remote

  
When you first turn on the projector the red Lamp light illuminates - this could mean that the lamp-life remaining is possibly low. I couldn't find any reference to lamp-life remaining anywhere in the settings. When you turn it on, it works OK and the red Lamp light dims a little. I tested out the projector on one of the walls here at our work-place so you'll see photos showing the start-up Eiki splash-screen, one of the menu pages and a colour test screen.
